In 2020 we introduce to market our first ozone generator: SOG22-G Series

In 2020 we introduced our first Smart Ozone Generator, the SOG22-G Series, to the market. This is an ozone generation system, by means of "corona discharge", which provides levels of ozone that are later pushed out by an air blower.

It is assembled in a stainless-steel cabinet which contains a microprocessor-based CPU programmed according to time and volume, a power supply, a fan, and the ozone generator itself. For easy, intuitive, and fast operation, we have added an infrared remote control to activate a simple menu that can be launched with a few key sequences.

The SOG22-G Series is designed to provide optimal cleaning settings, so that after each cycle, it obtains satisfactory results without exceeding the recommended ozone limits or jeopardizing the health of users. It has three modes of operation: one continuous cycle (CCL) for constant disinfection and cleaning in frequently occupied spaces that can be used 24 hours a day, such as at home in a social gathering, your office or business, a doctor's office, schools, day care centers and many other common locations, and two shock cycles, Low (SHCL-L) and High (SHCL-H) that are used for intense cleaning and disinfection in areas up to 450 and 750 square feet (42 and 70 square meters) in 15 and 30 minutes, respectively. These modes are intended to disinfect areas not occupied by people.
This series offers complete cycles that consist of an ozone production time and a reduction time. The latter process is the conversion of ozone into clean and breathable air, allowing the space to be occupied as soon as it ends the cycle. You do not need to wait any longer as you would with other brands.
Among all these functions, the most innovative yet is its safety function based on motion detection (patent pending) for LOW or HIGH shock modes, which automatically cancels ozone production when movement is detected and provides ventilation until the end of the cycle to help with the quick conversion of ozone into oxygen.
Another great advantage is that the SOG22-G Series is flexible and can be factory customized for different applications. There is customer, technical, and engineering support available to attend to each case.
